Laura Penhaul is a double world record holder, having led the first all-female crew to row the Pacific Ocean, from America to Australia. She has tested herself to truly understand what it is we draw on when wanting to give up, so that she can use her own experiences, combined with 15 years of working in elite sport, to enable others to find their personal best.
